We will be performing essential infrastructure maintenance between 1000UTC (5:00AM EST, 2:00AM PST) and 1300UTC (8:00AM EST, 5:00AM PST) on Sunday November 13th. During the maintenance window the VNC Connect website (https://manage.realvnc.com), VNC Developer website (https://manage.developer.realvnc.com) and VNC Instant Support website (https://www.realvnc.help) will be unavailable. Users will be unable to manage their accounts, users or access controls or access the Instant Support download page during this window. Additionally, VNC Connect customers will be unable to add/remove computers from their team and VNC Developer customers will be unable to add/remove principles using the VNC Cloud API. Core connectivity services will not be affected.
