We are deploying an update to the RealVNC Connectivity service that enables the Presence feature.
We are deploying this update between Monday 2023-10-02 08:00 UTC (04:00 EDT/01:00 PDT) and Thursday 2023-10-12 15:00 UTC (11:00 EDT/08:00 PDT)
Customers with the Presence feature enabled on their RealVNC Connect subscription may see server Presence available on some - but not all - of their devices until the rollout is complete.
Cloud connectivity should not be affected by this deployment.
